A compound of Formula (I):
- wherein:
- Q is selected from:
- phenyl, substituted phenyl, benzyl, and benzyl wherein the aromatic ring is substituted;
- R1 is selected from:
- hydrogen, trifluoromethyl, hydroxy, —C1-C2alkyl, and halogen;
- L is selected from:
- nitrogen and —C(H)—;
- P is selected from:
- nitrogen and —C(R40)—, where R40 is selected from:
- hydrogen, —C1-C4alkyl, and halogen;
- A is selected from:
- —C(O)— and —N(H)—;
- B is selected from:
- —C(O)— and —N(H)—;
- and
- X, Y and Z are independently selected from:
- nitrogen, —C(H)—, and —C(R2)—, wherein R2 is selected from halogen, trifluoromethyl, hydroxy, and —C1-C4alkyl;
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof;
- provided:
- A and B are not the same;
- and
- provided:
- X, Y and Z are not all nitrogen;
- and
- provided:
- that at most one of P and L are nitrogen.
