Abstract
The present invention provides compounds of Formula I wherein R1, R2, R3, and n have any of the values defined in the specification, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, that are useful as agents in the treatment of conditions including urinary disorders, pain, premature ejaculation, ADHD and fibromyalgia. Also provided are pharmaceutical compositions comprising one or more compounds of Formula I.

The compound of claim 1, which is (2S)-2-[(1S)-(2-fluoro-6-methoxyphenoxy)(3-fluorophenyl)methyl]morpholine and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.
A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as defined in claim 1, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as defined in claim 2, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
