Abstract
A thermocatalytically active titanium dioxide coating has a high BET surface area. With this coating, a catalytic effect can be achieved with only moderately increased temperatures (>200 DEG C.).
Claims17
A thermocatalytically active titanium dioxide coating, wherein the titanium dioxide coating has a BET surface area of ≧10 m2/g to ≦250 m2/g.
A method for coating, comprising the step of using a thermocatalytically active titanium dioxide coating, wherein the titanium dioxide coating has a BET surface area of ≧10 m2/g to ≦250 m2/g, for coating of at least one of
- sensors,
- injectors,
- valves,
- turbines,
- gas and air compressors, and
- home appliances.
