Claims15
A biologically pure isolate of the genus Salmonella comprising a disruption of at least one gene selected from the group consisting of aroA, rfaH, and thyA.
A method of treating cancer in a subject comprising the step of administering to said subject a therapeutically effective amount of Salmonella, said Salmonella comprising a disruption of at least one gene selected from the group consisting of aroA, rfaH, and thyA.
A method of treating cancer in a subject comprising the step of administering to a subject in need thereof a therapeutic agent, said therapeutic agent bound to Salmonella comprising a disruption of at least one gene selected from the group consisting of aroA, rfaH, and thyA.
A method of treating cancer comprising the step of administering to a subject in need thereof a therapeutic agent, said therapeutic agent bound to a molecule capable of binding a glycan, the glycan selected from a group consisting of mannose-linked GlcNAcβ1-4GlcNAcβ-N/Gly, mannose-linked Manα1-6Manα-Sp9, and transferring-lined glycans.
