Abstract
Each pixel circuit of one type includes a transfer transistor and the like and is individually provided for and arranged in a corresponding pixel. Each pixel circuit of another type includes an amplifying transistor, a floating diffusion, a reset transistor and the like and is commonly provided for pixels of respective rows and arranged outside pixel rows.
Claims8
A solid-state image sensing device in which a plurality of pixel rows each including a plurality of linearly arranged pixels are arranged, comprising:
- first pixel circuits individually provided for the respective pixels and arranged in the respective pixels;
- and
- second pixel circuits commonly provided for the pixels of the respective columns,
- wherein the second pixel circuits are arranged outside the pixel rows.
