An integrated circuit for quantum computing may include a superconducting shield to limit magnetic field interactions.

A superconducting integrated circuit comprising:
- a superconducting qubit;
- a superconducting device;
- and
- a superconducting plane that underlies at least a first portion of the superconducting qubit and at least a first portion of the superconducting device.
