Abstract
An image processing apparatus includes: a storing unit which stores information on a standard time zone; a receiving unit which receives a broadcasting signal containing base station information; and a controller which detects the base station information from the broadcasting signal and sets the standard time zone corresponding to the base station information by referring to the storing unit. With the above configuration, it is possible to automatically set various basic items at an initial setting of the image processing apparatus.
Claims21
An image processing apparatus comprising:
- a storing unit which stores information on a standard time zone;
- a receiving unit which receives a broadcasting signal containing base station information;
- and
- a controller which detects the base station information from the broadcasting signal and sets a time zone of the image processing apparatus to be the standard time zone corresponding to the base station information, by referring to the storing unit.
A control method of an image processing apparatus, comprising:
- storing information on a standard time zone;
- receiving a broadcasting signal containing base station information;
- and
- detecting the base station information from the broadcasting signal and setting a time zone of the image processing apparatus to be the standard time zone corresponding to the base station information, by referring to the stored information.
A control method of an image processing apparatus, comprising:
- wirelessly receiving identification information of a fixed transmitter;
- determining a time zone where the fixed transmitter is located by comparing the received identification information with pre-stored plural identification information of fixed transmitters and corresponding time zone information;
- setting a time zone setting of the image processing apparatus to be the time zone where the fixed transmitter is located, based on the determining.
