Abstract
A topical anti-aging skin care formulation comprising an effective amount of a benzoquinone, such as CoQ10, plus a synergistic pair of stabilizers and a synergistic pair of whiteners. The stabilizers are octyl salicylate and octyl methoxycinnamate. The whiteners are titanium dioxide and zinc oxide. When proper amounts of these ingredients are used in an aqueous based emulsion formulation, the product will be initially white, and will remain white for an extended period of time.

A composition of matter comprising at least 2% by wt. of a benzoquinone, an effective amount of whitener, and a synergistic combination of stabilizers including octyl salicylate and octyl methoxycinnamate.
A white skin care formulation comprising 3% CoQ10 by wt, about 2% octyl salicylate by wt, about 2% octyl methoxycinnamate by wt, about 0.25% titanium dioxide by wt, about 0.02% zinc oxide by wt.
A white skin care formulation comprising 6% CoQ10 by wt., about 4% octyl salicylate by wt., about 4% octyl methoxycinnamate by wt., about 0.5% by wt. titanium dioxide, and about 0.04% by wt. zinc oxide.
