Abstract
Novel indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase (IDO) inhibitors, compositions comprising the same, and methods of use thereof are disclosed.

A compound having indoleamine 2,3 dioxygenase (IDO) inhibitory activity, said compound having the formula of:
- wherein X9 and X10 are H or OH and wherein X1, X2, X3, X4, X5, X6, X7, and X8 are independently selected from the group consisting of halide, H, OH, R, OR, NHR, and SR, and wherein R is selected from the group consisting of an alkyl group, cyclic alkyl group, and aryl group.
A compound having indoleamine 2,3 dioxygenase (IDO) inhibitory activity, said compound having the formula of:
- wherein X1, X2, X3, X4, X11, X12, X13, and X14 are independently selected from the group consisting of halide, H, OH, R, OR, NHR, and SR, and wherein R is selected from the group consisting of an alkyl group, cyclic alkyl group, and aryl group.
A compound having indoleamine 2,3 dioxygenase (IDO) inhibitory activity, said compound having the formula of:
- wherein X1, X2, X3, X4, X5, X6, and X7 are independently selected from the group consisting of halide, H, OH, R, OR, NHR, and SR, and wherein R is selected from the group consisting of an alkyl group, cyclic alkyl group, and aryl group.
