Abstract
The present invention provides compounds of formula I, having affinity and selectivity for the dopamine D3 receptors, their manufacture, pharmaceutical compositions containing them and their use for the therapeutic and/or prophylactic treatment of cognitive disorders.

A compound of formula I:
- wherein:
- R is C1-6-alkyl;
- C1-6-alkyl substituted by one 3 to 6 membered monocyclic cycloalkyl, C1-6-alkoxy, or 1 to 3 halogen atoms;
- C1-6-alkoxy;
- aryl;
- aryl substituted by 1 to 3 halogen atoms;
- heteroaryl;
- or
- heteroaryl substituted by 1 to 3 halogen atoms,
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
