Abstract
The present invention relates to new thioxanthene modulators of dopamine D2 receptors, pharmaceutical compositions thereof, and methods of use thereof.
Claims31
A compound of structural Formula I:
- or a salt thereof, wherein:
- R1-R29 are independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and deuterium;
- at least one of R1-R29 is deuterium;
- and
- if R23-R25 are deuterium, then at least one of R1-R22 or R26-R29 is independently deuterium.
The compound as recited in Claim7 wherein said compound has the structural formula:
A pharmaceutical composition comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier together with a compound of structural Formula I:
- or a salt thereof, wherein:
- R1-R29 are independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and deuterium;
- and
- at least one of R1-R29 is deuterium.
A method of treatment of a dopamine D2 receptor-mediated disorder comprising the administration of a therapeutically effective amount, to a patient in need thereof, of a compound of structural Formula I:
- or a salt thereof, wherein:
- R1-R29 are independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and deuterium;
- and
- at least one of R1-R29 is deuterium.
A compound, for use as a medicament, of structural Formula I:
- or a salt thereof, wherein:
- R1-R29 are independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and deuterium;
- and
- at least one of R1-R29 is deuterium.
A compound, for use in the manufacture of a medicament for the prevention or treatment of a disorder ameliorated by the modulation of dopamine D2 receptors, of structural Formula I:
- or a salt thereof, wherein:
- R1-R29 are independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and deuterium;
- and
- at least one of R1-R29 is deuterium.
