Abstract
In a voltage controlled oscillator circuit comprising two transistors, the first terminals of each said two transistors, are coupled together and to a supply voltage, two interconnected resonator units, and each of said two resonator units couples a respective second terminal of said two transistors to third terminals of both said transistors.

A voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) circuit comprising:
- two transistors, each having a first, second and third terminals;
- a supply voltage;
- and
- two interconnected resonator units, wherein the first terminals of each of said two transistors are coupled to each other, to the supply voltage and to the two interconnected resonator units, and further wherein each of said two resonator units couples the respective second terminal of said two transistors to the third terminals of both said transistors.
