This invention relates to the use of 10-[(3R)-1-azabicyclo[2.2.2]oct-3-ylmethyl]-10H-phenothiazine as well as its pharmaceutically acceptable salts for the preparation of a drug having the particularity of treating or preventing urinary incontinence, by local and/or oral route.

Use of 10-[(3R)-1-azabicyclo[2.2.2]oct-3-ylmethyl]-10H-phenothiazine as well as one of its pharmaceutically acceptable salts for the manufacture of a drug to prevent or treat disorders, afflictions and/or pathologies by selective inhibition of the M1, M2 and M3 muscarinic receptors.
