Long-Lasting Collagen and Manufacturing Method thereof

A manufacturing method of a long-lasting collagen, comprising the steps of:

• scraping extra muscle and fat tissues from a pig skin, and cutting a remaining portion of the pig skin into small segment tissues;
• dipping the small segment tissues into an organic solvent, and rinsing the small segment tissues twice until grease is removed completely;
• dipping the degreased small segment tissues in a salt water at a predetermined temperature for a predetermined time, and then in an acidic solution dipping with a specific pH value for the predetermined time to imbibit the small segment tissues;
• dipping the imbibited small segment tissues in a first solution at the predetermined temperature for the predetermined time to digest the small segment tissues into a second solution;
• perform a centrifugal separation of the second solution at a first predetermined condition to separated the digested small segment tissues from the second solution;
• adding a salt water solution into the separated second solution to prepare a third solution, while shaking the solution severely until a cloudy substance is formed;
• performing a centrifugal separation to the shaken third solution in a second predetermined condition while collecting a lower-layer precipitate, and putting the lower-layer precipitate into water twice while adding sodium hydroxide to adjust a pH value to form a fourth solution;
• freezing the fourth solution at the predetermined temperature to another predetermined temperature, and then drying the fourth solution to obtain a collagen;
• preparing the collagen into a collagen solution, while obtaining a predetermined quantity of the collagen solution, and mixing the collagen solution with a same predetermined quantity of γ-polyglutarmic acid (γ-PGA) into a fifth solution;
• titrating another predetermined quantity of the glutaraldehyde solution in the fifth solution by a pump, while blending the collagen of the fifth solution and the glutaraldehyde of the glutaraldehyde solution at a predetermined rotating speed for another predetermined time to perform a first crosslinking;
• and
• titrating the other predetermined quantity of the glutaraldehyde solution in the fifth solution by the pump again, while blending at a predetermined rotating speed for the other predetermined time to perform a second crosslinking to obtain the long-lasting collagen.
