A system for microencapsulation of an amine in a polymer shell in an aqueous environment comprising an in situ free radical solution like polymerization process.
A system for microencapsulation of an amine in a polymer shell in an aqueous environment comprising:
- modification of an amine to an amine adduct;

- phase separation of the polymer from the amine adduct during polymerization.
