Abstract
The present disclosure generally pertains to a transponder device (10) comprising a transponder unit (37), which is arranged in a housing (13) and has an antenna device (38) and a chip (39), the housing forming a receiving space between a transparent front wall (15) and a housing rear wall (16) having arranged therein an optically readable information carrier (34), the housing rear wall having a fastening edge (22) defining a fastening plane (21) of the housing.

A transponder device comprising:
- a housing forming a receiving space between a transparent front wall and a housing rear wall, the housing including therein an optically readable information carrier, the housing rear wall having a fastening edge defining a fastening plane of the housing;
- and
- a transponder unit arranged in the housing and including an antenna device and a chip.
