Abstract
The present invention relates to light-emitting devices and in particular organic light-emitting devices (OLEDs). In particular, the invention relates to emitter materials in which charged metal complexes are bonded to a polymer by electrostatic interactions.
Claims43
-38. (canceled)
A light-emitting device comprising
- (i) an anode,
- (ii) a cathode and
- (iii) an emitter layer which is arranged between and in direct or indirect contact with
- the anode and the cathode and which comprises at least one charged emitter and an oppositely charged polymeric matrix, which interact with one another through electrostatic forces.
