Fixture Mounting Bracket Assembly and Method of Use

A method of mounting a fixture on a wall comprising the steps of:

• (a) coupling a bracket assembly to said wall wherein said bracket assembly includes a base assembly, an elbow, a fixture support assembly, and at least one adjustment mechanism;
• (b) adjustably fixing said elbow relative to said base assembly with said adjustment mechanism;
• (c) adjustably fixing said elbow relative to said fixture support assembly with said adjustment mechanism;
• and
• (d) mounting said fixture on said fixture support assembly.

A bracket assembly for mounting a fixture on a wall comprising:

• a base assembly having a base and a support member;
• an elbow having a first end and a second end;
• a fixture support assembly having an arm and a hook;
• and
• at least one adjustment mechanism;
• wherein said first end of said elbow is telescopically adjustable relative to said support member and said first end of said elbow is adjustably fixable relative to said support member by said adjustment mechanism in at least two positions;
• and
• wherein said second end of said elbow is telescopically adjustable relative to said arm and said second end of said elbow is adjustably fixable relative to said arm by said adjustment mechanism in at least two relative positions.
