Abstract

A tool and parts holding tray comprises a tray portion and at least two brackets. The tray portion comprises a bottom plate and side walls, the bottom plate and the sidewalls forming a receiving portion on one side of the bottom plate. The at least two brackets are attached to the tray portion on another side of the bottom plate, and are adapted for accommodating a portion of a vehicle. The brackets may be non-parallel to each other.
