Abstract
An acellular matrix glue and a method of making is disclosed. Specifically, an acellular matrix glue that is useful in preparing a reinforced acellular matrix for medical applications including tissue engineering and hernia repair.
Claims9
A method of making an acellular matrix glue comprising the steps of:
- providing an acellular matrix;
- adding the acellular matrix to an aqueous solution to provide a mixture;
- and, incubating the mixture for a sufficiently effective time at a sufficiently effective temperature to form an acellular matrix glue.
