Measuring Cup Sensor and System

A measuring cup device comprised of:

• a housing which may be selectively attached to a measuring cup, said housing encasing components selected from a group consisting of a printed circuit board, a transmitter or emitting a signal, a sensor for receiving a signal measuring a quantity of fluid within a container, a microprocessor for receiving a signal and an output signal emitting component;
• a input device which allows a user to enter a quantity of fluid to be measured, said quantity selected from a group consisting of volume and density.
• a selective attachment component for selectively attaching said measuring device to a measuring cup.

A measuring cup device comprised of:

• a housing which may be selectively attached to a measuring cup, said housing encasing components selected from a group consisting of a printed circuit board, a sensor for receiving a signal measuring a quantity of fluid within a container, a microprocessor for receiving a signal and an output signal emitting component;
• a input device which allows a user to enter a quantity of fluid to be measured, said quantity selected from a group consisting of volume and density;
• a measuring cup having a shape selected from a group having a shape consisting of round, oval, tubular, square, rectangular, conical, frusto-conical, a hollow representation of a person, a hollow representation of an object, a geometric representation and an unique artistic representation.
