Abstract
The invention relates to a method for generating mechanical energy, characterised by a gas or a liquid which drives an expansion machine designed therefor even at a low pressure, i.e. economically.

Method for generating mechanical energy from heat, solar energy or flow, characterized in that an engine (5) having a Wankel geometry and an elongated rotary piston (84) is driven as an expansion machine, instead of an explosion engine, with simultaneous impingement of a plurality of piston areas by a force, pressure or reduced pressure so that the actuation takes place even at a low pressure or temperature gradient.
