Abstract
An improved cleaning element, specifically designed for rotary brushes for motor vehicle washing systems, is made by using components of a velvety material which is suitably flocked by either a direct process or by coupling with velvety materials or velvets.

An improved strip cleaning element, specifically designed for rotary washing brushes for motor vehicle washing systems, characterized in that said cleaning element comprises a laminar body made of a material which has been flocked either by a direct flocking method or by coupling it to a velvety material layer.
