Abstract
A hooking device (1) for moving systems of rolling cylinders comprises a lifting structure (30-32) of a cylinder (50) provided with gripping means (4) of said cylinder (50) and upper hooking means (10) suitable for keeping said device (1) in a raised position, said device (1) also comprising tilt compensation means. According to the invention, said tilt compensation means comprise a series of guides (100, 120), each guide (100, 120) being provided with at least one mass element (200, 220), said at least one mass element (200, 220) being moveable along said guide (100, 120).

A hooking device (1) for moving systems of rolling cylinders comprising a lifting structure (30-32) of a cylinder (50) provided with gripping means (4) of said cylinder (50) and upper hooking means (10) suitable for keeping said device (1) in a raised position, said device (1) also comprising tilt compensation means, characterized in that said tilt compensation means comprise a series of guides (100, 120), each guide (100, 120) being provided with at least one mass element (200, 220), said at least one mass element (200, 220) being moveable along said guide (100, 120).
The hooking device (1) for moving systems of rolling cylinders according to any of the previous claims, characterized in that said tilt compensation means (100, 120, 200, 220) have a substantially limited encumbrance in the encumbrance volume occupied by said lifting structure (30-32).
The hooking device (1) for moving systems of rolling cylinders according to any of the previous claims, characterized in that said mass elements (200, 220) have a weight substantially equal to 2% of the overall weight of said hooking device (1) loaded with said cylinder (50).
The hooking device (1) for moving systems of rolling cylinders according to any of the previous claims, characterized in that said mass elements (200, 220) can be removed from said guides (100, 120).
The hooking device (1) for moving systems of rolling cylinders according to any of the previous claims, characterized in that said lifting structure comprises a fixed crossbar (30), to which a pair of telescopic crossbars (31) is connected, a pair of devices (32) suitable for piloting in rotation a series of trimmings (55) present on said cylinder (50), and a pair of devices (33) suitable for lifting a series of gripping clamps (4) of said cylinder (50) being respectively connected to the crossbars (30, 31).
