Abstract
A machine for the preparation of pharmaceutical products is provided with a gripping and carrier device to transfer at least one container between a magazine and a dosage station for the preparation of a pharmaceutical product, and a box-type holding frame defining a chamber for the housing of magazine, gripping and carrier device, and dosage station; the chamber displaying an access aperture to magazine and being crossed by a sterile air flow adapted to avoid the entry of air from the external environment through aperture itself.

A machine for the preparation of pharmaceutical products comprising a magazine for a plurality of containers, each container of at least part of the containers containing a pharmaceutical compound and/or a diluent;
- a dosage station for the preparation of a pharmaceutical product comprising at least one said pharmaceutical compound and at least one said diluent;
- gripping and carrier means to transfer the containers between the magazine and the dosage station;
- a box-type holding frame defining a chamber for the housing of the magazine, the dosage station, and the gripping and carrier means;
- and a pneumatic device to supply a sterile air flow through the entire said chamber;
- wherein the chamber displays an access aperture to the magazine;
- the pneumatic device comprising a pneumatic circuit configured so as to generate a sterile air barrier at said aperture, adapted to prevent the entry in the chamber of air from the external environment.
A machine for the preparation of pharmaceutical products comprising a magazine for a plurality of containers, each container of at least part of the containers containing a pharmaceutical compound and/or a diluent;
- a dosage station for the preparation of a pharmaceutical product comprising at least one said pharmaceutical compound and at least one said diluent;
- gripping and carrier means to transfer the containers between the magazine and the dosage station;
- and
- collection means for the processing waste of the machine, the collection means comprising a vessel and a closing lid for the vessel itself;
- and
- wherein the collection means further comprise actuating means to displace the vessel and the lid one with respect to the other in two directions which are substantially transverse to one another.
A machine for the preparation of pharmaceutical products comprising a magazine for a plurality of containers, each container of at least part of the containers containing a pharmaceutical compound and/or a diluent;
- a dosage station to prepare within a first said container a pharmaceutical product comprising at least one said pharmaceutical compound and at least one said diluent;
- gripping and carrier means to transfer the containers between the magazine and the dosage station;
- and
- mixing means to mix said first container so as to mix the pharmaceutical compound and the diluent, the mixing means comprising a rotating plate, which displays a first determined longitudinal axis and is provided with at least one seat for said first container, and first actuating means to rotate the rotating plate about said first axis;
- and
- wherein the mixing means further comprise second actuator means to rotate said first container about a determined second longitudinal axis (A) thereof during at least part of the rotation of the rotating plate about said first axis.
A machine for the preparation of pharmaceutical products comprising a magazine for at least one container, which displays at least one neck for the transfer of fluids from and to container, and is provided with an adapter member mounted on the neck itself;
- a dosage station for the preparation of a pharmaceutical product comprising at least one pharmaceutical compound and at least one diluent;
- and
- gripping and carrier means adapted to grab the adapter member to transfer the container between the magazine and the dosage station;
- and
- wherein the adapter member comprises two jaws, which are mobile between a clamping position and a release position of said neck, and locking means to lock the jaws themselves in said clamping position.
