Abstract
The present invention provides embodiments comprising an apparatus for warping yarns, a comb, method of direct warping of the high twisted fine count yarns and method for dyeing of high twisted fine count yarns on slasher dyeing machine. The apparatus comprises a narrow width warp beam, a comb having flexible pins and is configured to high tension which enable direct warping of the high twisted fine count yarns such as voile yarns. The method of direct warping comprises warping of the yarns at high tension onto a narrow width beam. An apparatus (100) for direct warping of high twisted fine count yarns (114) such as voile yarns, said apparatus (100) comprising:
- a plurality of creels (110), each said creel (110) holds bobbin (112) of the high twisted fine count yarn (114);
- a comb having flexible pins (122) extending from a base and free to oscillate in radial direction of the yarns (114) for allowing passage of the yarn parallel to each other without breakage and entanglement;
- a warp beam (130) arranged and constructed with narrow warping width for warping the yarns (114) with high yarn density, said beam (130) is adapted parallel to the comb to warp the yarn in straight condition;
- and
- a pressure roller (132) positioned in contact with the beam (130) to maintain uniformed tension in the warped yarns (114);
- wherein the apparatus (100) is configured to warp the yarns (114) at a higher tension more than a breaking strength in the individual yarn to be warped on the beam (130).
