Claims19
An improved coupler body for a railroad coupler, said coupler body comprising an area of increased material in the upper lock chamber.
An improved coupler body for a railroad coupler, said coupler body comprising an area of increased material on the front face of the upper lock chamber of said coupler body.
A method of improving a lock's position in lock set in a coupler body of a railcar coupler, said method comprising the steps of:
- providing a coupler body;
- and
- adding material to the front face of the upper lock chamber of said coupler body.
