Abstract
Compounds of the milbemycin family or derivatives thereof are formulated into pharmaceutical compositions useful for the treatment of dermatological conditions in humans, in particular rosacea.

A pharmaceutical composition useful for the treatment of dermatological conditions in humans, comprising at least one compound selected from the compounds of formula (I) and derivatives thereof:

- R1 is an alkyl radical having from 1 to 6 carbon atoms, and R′ and R″, which may be identical or different, represent a hydrogen atom or a hydroxyl radical, or else, taken together, form an ═N—OH radical, formulated into a pharmaceutically acceptable medium therefor.
