Claims20
A substituted sulfonamide compound corresponding to formula (I):
- wherein
- m represents 0, 1 or 2;
- n represents 1 or 2;
- o represents 0, 1 or 2;
- p represents 0, 1 or 2;
- q represents 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4;
- Q represents a single bond, —O— or —CH2—;
- R1 represents aryl or heteroaryl, or aryl or heteroaryl bonded via a C1-3-alkylene group;
- R2 represents H, C1-16-alkyl, C3-8-cycloalkyl, bicyclic 8- to 12-membered carbocyclyl, CH(aryl)2, aryl or heteroaryl;
- or C3-8-cycloalkyl, bicyclic 8- to 12-membered carbocyclyl, CH(aryl)2, aryl or heteroaryl bonded via a C1-6-alkylene group, C2-6-alkenylene group or C2-6-alkynylene group;
- and
- R3 represents H, C1-6-alkyl, aryl or heteroaryl;
- or aryl or heteroaryl bonded via a C1-6-alkylene group, C2-6-alkenylene group or C2-6-alkynylene group;
- or
- R2 and R3 together with the group —N—(CH—)— joining them, form a 4-, 5-, 6- or 7-membered heterocycle, which optionally may be fused to an aryl or heteroaryl group, wherein said heterocycle may be saturated or mono- or polyunsaturated but not aromatic, and optionally may contain, in addition to the N heteroatom to which R2 is bonded, one or more further heteroatoms or heteroatom groups selected from the group consisting of N, NR7, O, S, S═O and S(═O)2;
- wherein
- R7 denotes H, C1-6-alkyl, —C(═O)—R8, C3-8-cycloalkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, or C3-8-cycloalkyl, aryl or heteroaryl bonded via a C1-3-alkylene group, and
- R8 denotes C1-6-alkyl, C3-8-cycloalkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, or C3-8-cycloalkyl, aryl or heteroaryl bonded via a C1-3-alkylene group;
- R4 denotes aryl, heteroaryl, or aryl or heteroaryl bonded via a C1-6-alkylene group;
- R5 and R6 each independently denote H, C1-6-alkyl, C3-8-cycloalkyl, or C3-8-cycloalkyl bonded via a C1-3-alkylene group, wherein R5 and R6 do not simultaneously represent H;
- or
- R5 and R6 together represent a substituted or unsubstituted 5- or 6-membered heteroaryl which optionally may contain, in addition to the N atom to which R5 and R6 are bonded, at least one further heteroatom selected from the group consisting of N, O and S, or
- R5 and R6 together represent a group selected from —(CH2)d— and —(CH2)e—X—(CH2)f—, wherein
- d denotes 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6,
- e and f each independently denote 1, 2 or 3, with the proviso that e+f is not greater than 5;
- X denotes NR12, CF2, O, S, S(═O) or S(═O)2;
- wherein R12 denotes H, C1-6-alkyl, C3-8-cycloalkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, or C3-8-cycloalkyl, aryl or heteroaryl bonded via a C1-3-alkylene group;
- and
- wherein
- said C1-6-alkyl, C1-6-alkylene, C2-6-alkenylene, C2-6-alkynylene, C3-8-cycloalkyl, C3-8-heterocycloalkyl, bicyclic 8- to 12-membered carbocyclyl, aryl and heteroaryl may each be unsubstituted or mono- or poly-substituted by identical or different substituents, and
- said C1-6-alkyl, C1-6-alkylene, C2-6-alkenylene and C2-6-alkynylene may each be branched or unbranched;
- or a physiologically acceptable salt thereof
