Abstract
A microchip device of the present invention includes: a microchip in which a liquid flow path is formed for liquid to flow; a gas flow path provided along the liquid flow path; and a plurality of gap sections formed between the liquid flow path and the gas flow path and having one opening thereof facing the liquid flow path and the other opening thereof facing the gas flow path, the gap of the gap section being made so as to be gap through which gas can pass but the liquid cannot pass, and a gas liquid interface being formed at the gap section.
Claims16
A microchip device comprising:
- a microchip in which a liquid flow path is formed for liquid to flow;
- a gas flow path provided along the liquid flow path;
- and
- a plurality of gap sections formed between the liquid flow path and the gas flow path and having one opening thereof facing the liquid flow path and the other opening thereof facing the gas flow path,
- gap of the gap section being made so as to be gap through which gas can pass but the liquid cannot pass, and a gas liquid interface being formed at the gap section.
A microchip device comprising:
- a mixed liquid flow path which is a flow path of mixed liquid, formed as a meandering flow path including an alignment of a plurality of flow path parts;
- a gap section which opens between the neighboring flow path parts;
- a first heating mechanism to heat a lower boiling temperature component included in the mixed liquid passing through the flow path part to or above a boiling temperature thereof, the first heating mechanism being provided on one end side of the mixed liquid flow path;
- a first cooling mechanism to cool vapor including more of the lower boiling temperature component in the flow path part to or below the boiling temperature of the lower boiling temperature component, the first cooling mechanism being provided on the other end side of the mixed liquid flow path;
- a second heating mechanism and a second cooling mechanism provided in a neighborhood of the flow path part except the one end side and the other end side of the mixed liquid flow path;
- and
- a supply port of the mixed liquid disposed in a part of the mixed liquid flow path.
