Abstract
A method for manufacturing floor panels, wherein boards of laminate material are formed by means of a press treatment and wherein these boards are divided into several panels, from which the actual floor panels are formed. In a press treatment of the method, at least one impression is provided in the board, which at least is employed as a guiding groove for guiding the aforementioned board or the subsequently obtained panels in further treatments.
Claims19
Method for manufacturing floor panels, wherein a board of laminate material is formed by means of a press treatment and wherein the board is divided into several panels from which the floor panels are formed, comprising forming at least one impression in the board by a press treatment, said impression defining a guiding groove enabling the board or subsequently formed panels to be guided while undergoing further treatments.
Method for manufacturing floor panels that includes dividing a starting board into several panels and forming floor panels from the obtained panels, comprising the steps:
- forming, prior to the dividing of the board, a mechanical portion and using the mechanical portion for guiding the board or the panels into which the board is divided, during further treatments.
Method for manufacturing floor panels from a starter board having an upper side and including on the upper side a pattern formed at least by a print, the method comprising the steps:
- dividing the starter board at least by means of parallel cuts into several panels by means of a cutting device having at least three cutting elements, wherein, by adjusting the cutting elements, the cuts are performed at locations determined as a function of said pattern;
- and
- forming floor panels from the panels by means of further treatments;
- wherein during said adjustment, at least the three cutting elements are adjusted in a manner independent from each other, as a function of the pattern.
