Abstract
Mobile bagging machine systems and methods may relate to a mobile bagging machine that includes a variable-width tunnel, a variable-speed rotor, a relatively narrow rotor of large diameter and increased effective surface area, at least one material reservoir, a material conveyor system capable of continuous material processing during exchange of unloading vehicles, and/or an overall width less than approximately three meters.

A system for packing material, comprising:
- a vehicle for receiving and packing organic material, the vehicle comprising
- a cab mounted to a front portion of the vehicle;
- and
- a loading conveyor mounted in movable communication to the vehicle;
- wherein the conveyor is configured to move from a first position to a second position;
- wherein the conveyor rests behind the cab when the conveyor is in the first position;
- and
- wherein the conveyor rests in front of the cab and on the ground when the conveyor is in the second position.

A mobile bagging machine, comprising:
- a mobile frame having forward and rearward ends;
- a loading system for receiving at the forward end of the mobile frame a material that contains debris;
- a motor;
- and
- a system for cooling the motor;
- wherein the system for cooling the motor is isolated from the forward end of the mobile frame.

A method of positioning a material conveyor assembly, comprising:
- mounting a cab to a front portion of a vehicle;
- mounting a conveyor to the vehicle;
- moving the conveyor from a first position behind the cab to a second position in front of the cab and on the ground;
- and
- securing the conveyor in the second position with a bottom brace.
