Claims26
A method for production of continuous cell lines comprising irradiating living cells of an animal or a human with an effective dose of UV light, and selecting cells capable to proliferate after at least 20 passages as cells of a continuous cell line.
A continuous cell line obtainable by the method of providing living cells of an animal or a human, irradiating said cells with an effective dose of UV light, proliferating said cells and selecting cells capable to proliferate after at least 20 passages as cells of said continuous cell line.
A cell line deposited at the ECACC with the deposit accession number 08020602, 08020603 or 08020604.
