Abstract
The instant invention provides antibodies, vaccines, and immunogenic compositions, for the treatment and prevention of HIV infection. The invention further provides kits comprising the antibodies, vaccines and immunogenic compositions, of the invention.
Claims23
An antibody, or fragment thereof, that specifically binds to a complex comprising one or more cell surface polypeptides, or a fragments thereof, expressed on a cell or cell line and one or more HIV envelope polypeptides, or a fragments thereof.
A immunogenic complex comprising a cell or cell line expressing one or more cell surface polypeptides, or a fragments thereof, or liposomes and other particles containing one or more cell surface polypeptides, or a fragments thereof, and one or more HIV envelope polypeptides, or a fragments thereof, bound to the cell surface polypeptide.
15-23. (canceled)
An immunogenic complex comprising a CD4+ mammalian cell expressing CCR5 and/or CXCR4, wherein gp120 is non-covalently bound to the CD4 and CCR5 and/or CXCR4.
