A tooth whitening system comprising:
- (a) a carrier;
- (b) a first substrate and a first tooth whitening composition;
- (c) a second substrate and a second tooth whitening composition;
- and
- (d) a package;
- wherein the first and second tooth whitening compositions are disposed on the carrier.
