A stainless sheet for a tool cabinet has an external surface and a transparent painting layer. The external surface is rough, and the transparent painting layer is formed on the rough external surface.

A tool cabinet having
- a rectangular body and being made of a stainless steel sheet and having
- a chamber in the body;
- a front side;
- an opening in the front side of the body and communicating with the chamber;
- a bottom;
- multiple drawers slidably mounted in the chamber of the body and made of stainless steel sheets;
- multiple wheels mounted on the bottom of the body,
- wherein each stainless steel sheet has an external surface roughened by a sandblasting process;
- and
- a transparent painting layer formed on the external surface of the stainless sheet by a spraying process.
