• or an optionally substituted amino;
• R1C is hydrogen, an alkyl or a halogen;
• R2A, R2B are the same or different and each is hydrogen;
• a halogen;
• an optionally substituted alkyl;

• cyano;
• hydroxy;
• carboxy;
• an optionally substituted alkoxycarbonyl;
