Abstract
The present invention relates to a device for and method of detecting analytes in samples, using optimized concentrations of Fc receptor-antibody complexes being immobilized on solid supports.
Claims17
A detection device comprising:
- at least one support,
- at least one analyte sensor receptor molecule which is positioned on and/or within at least a part of said at least one support, and
- at least one analyte sensor molecule which is associated with said at least one analyte sensor receptor molecule,
- wherein the molar ratio of said at least one analyte sensor and said at least one analyte receptor molecule is between approximately 2:1 and approximately 1:10,000.
