## Abstract

The present invention provides a unit with a built-in control circuit capable of cost reduction. The unit of the present invention is an unit with built-in control circuit comprising a ground line, a control circuit including a plurality of terminals to be connected to an IC-chip, and a plurality of protect elements connected to the terminal and the ground line.

## Claims

### Claim 1

An unit with built-in control circuit comprising:
a ground line;
a control circuit including a plurality of terminals; and
a plurality of protect elements connected to the terminals and the ground line.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The unit according to claim 1 further comprising a conductive member through which the plurality of protect elements is connected to the plurality of the terminals and the ground line.

### Claim 3 (depends on 2)

The unit according to claim 2, wherein the terminals are connected to an IC-chip.

### Claim 4 (depends on 2)

The unit according to claim 2, wherein each of the plurality of the protect elements is mounted on respective one of the plurality of the terminal.

### Claim 5 (depends on 2)

The unit according to claim 2, wherein the conductive member and the ground line are integrally provided.

### Claim 6 (depends on 2)

The unit according to claim 2, wherein the conductive member has a bar shape including a central part on which the protect elements are mounted and an edge part to which the ground line is connected.

The unit according to claim 3, wherein the IC-chip and a part of the terminals are molded by a resin.

### Claim 8 (depends on 4)

The unit according to claim 4, wherein the ground line the conductive member are formed on a same surface.

The unit according to claim 1, wherein at least one of the protect elements is a condenser.

The unit according to claim 1, wherein at least one of the protect element is a diode.
