Abstract
An organic electrolytic solution for a lithium primary or secondary battery includes a lithium salt; an organic solvent; a radical initiator represented by Formula 1 below; and a polymerizable monomer represented by Formula 2 below: R1—N2+X− <Formula 1> wherein R1, R2, R3, R4, and X− are described herein. The organic electrolytic solution improves charge-discharge efficiency and increases cell capacity of the lithium primary or secondary battery.
Claims12
An organic electrolytic solution, comprising:
- a lithium salt;
- an organic solvent;
- a radical initiator represented by Formula 1 below;
- and
- a polymerizable monomer represented by Formula 2 below:
- R1—N2+X− <Formula 1>
- wherein R1 is a substituted or unsubstituted C1-20 alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C6-20 aryl group, or a substituted or unsubstituted C7-20 alkylaryl group,
- X− is at least one anion selected from the group consisting of BF4−, Cl−, PF6−, ClO4−, HSO4−, CF3SO3−, C2F5SO3−, (CF3SO2)3C−, (C2F5SO2)3C−, (CF3SO2)2N−, and (CF2F5SO2)2N−, and mixtures thereof, and
- wherein R2, R3, and R4 are each independently hydrogen, a halogen group, a halogenated C1-4 alkyl group, a C1-6 alkylcarbonyl group, a C1-6 alkoxycarbonyl group, a nitro group, or a halogenated benzyl group.
