A Computer Supported Telecommunications Applications (CSTA) protocol-based service execution method, comprising:

• obtaining a switching function service carrying voice parameters
• playing a voice according to the voice parameters of the switching function service;
• and
• executing the switching function service.

A Computer Supported Telecommunications Applications (CSTA) protocol-based service execution apparatuses, comprising:

• a service obtaining unit, adapted to obtain a switching function service carrying voice parameters;
• a voice playing unit, adapted to play a voice according to the switching function service carrying the voice parameters;
• and
• a service executing unit, adapted to execute the switching function service.

A computer readable media, comprising logic encoded in the computer readable media, the logic when executed operable to implement the method comprising:

• obtaining a switching function service carrying voice parameters sent from a PC side;
• playing a voice according to the voice parameters of the switching function service;
• and
• executing the switching function service.
