Arrangement for generating dual images

An arrangement for displaying a first and a second image in an input device for a man-machine interface, comprising

• a first and a second light source adapted to generate light having a first and a second light characteristic;
• and
• a first and a second image forming element arranged to display a first and a second image, respectively;
• wherein the first image forming element is responsive to the light having the first light characteristic;
• and the second image forming element is responsive to the light having the second light characteristic;
• wherein
• light generated by the first light source is arranged to be transferred to a location between said first and second image forming elements by means of a light guide extending from the first light source to an area between the first and second image forming elements.
