A apparatus for changing a display mode, comprising:
- a graphical user interface having one of a set of display modes, wherein the set of display modes include a passive matrix display mode and an active matrix display mode;
- and
- a switch capable of changing the display mode of the graphical user interface from one display mode to another display mode in the set of display modes.
A computer-implemented method for changing a display mode, comprising:
- receiving, from a switch, a user selection of the display mode in a set of display modes for a graphical user interface, wherein the set of display modes include a passive matrix display mode and an active matrix display mode;
- and
- responsive to receiving the user selection from the switch, changing the display mode of the graphical user interface from one display mode to another display mode in the set of display modes based on the user selection.
A computer program product comprising:
- a computer-usable medium having computer-usable program code for changing a display mode, the computer program product comprising:
- computer-usable program code for receiving, from a switch, a user selection of the display mode in a set of display modes for a graphical user interface, wherein the set of display modes include a passive matrix display mode and an active matrix display mode;
- and
- computer-usable program code, responsive to receiving the user selection from the switch, for changing the display mode of the graphical user interface from one display mode to another display mode in the set of display modes based on the user selection.
