Fixing means for fixing railway lines to sleepers or stretches of track, comprising an elastic rail clip (51) and a clip anchor element (31), wherein the elastic rail clip (51) comprises retaining elements which can be inserted in the clip anchor element (31) in order to be rotatably guided about and in a rotational axis D, and comprises at least one pressure bow (52) which, when rotating the elastic rail clip (51) relative to the clip anchor element (31) about the rotational axis D, is to be brought into pre-tensioned contact with the rail foot (24) of a railway line (21), wherein the elastic rail clip (51) as retaining elements comprises clip bows (55, 56) which are substantially shaped in an annular manner and the clip anchor element (31) towards the rotational axis D comprises concentric guide elements (34),

• wherein the elastic rail clip (51) comprises a bow-shaped pressure bow (52), the two clip bows (55, 56) covering a guide plane and two spring loops (53, 54) connecting the clip bows (55, 56) with the pressure bow (52), wherein the ends of the spring loops (53, 54) connected with the clip bows (55, 56) form upright bows (57, 58) which run approximately vertically to the guide plane and the ends of the spring loops (53, 54) connected with the pressure bow (52) are guided through between the guide plane and the ends of the spring loops (53, 54) connected with the clip bows (55, 56).
