Electricity generating device for use in an armour arrangement, and an armour arrangement of this kind

A device for, in an armor arrangement comprising modules with inert reactive armor and explosive reactive armor reducing or eliminating the effect from armor-piercing ammunition, the device comprising:

• at least two inert reactive armor modules arranged at a distance apart with respect to a direction of action of the ammunition, each inert reactive armor module comprising separate sub-zones arranged at a distance apart in a direction of extent of the module and situated within one region of extent for a material of the inert reactive armor module, each inert reactive armor element comprising elements that, in dependence on mechanical vibrations or shock waves in the region of extent, initiate electrical voltage,
• at least one explosive reactive module;
• and
• at least one member configured to initiate or provoke initiation of the at least one explosive reactive module under action from the armor-piercing ammunition which provokes the mechanical vibrations or shock waves in the inert reactive armor module, said at least one member running on voltage or energy initiating or provoking initiation of the at least one explosive reactive module when the voltage generation in the elements assumes predetermined values and/or occurs with predetermined sequence.
