- R5 is hydrogen or C1-C3 alkyl;
- or R4 and R5 may form a ring having 2 to 5 carbon atoms;
- R6 is hydrogen or C1-C3 alkyl, fluoro or C1-C3 alkoxy;
- as well as pharmaceutically acceptable salts, hydrates, isoforms, tautomers and/or enantiomers thereof.
