A composition comprising a mixture of at least one soil resist agent and at least one additive which is maleic anhydride.
A method for providing soil resistance to substrates comprising contacting the substrate with a single medium containing a mixture comprising at least one soil resist agent, and at least one additive which is maleic anhydride.
