Abstract
A solution of 2.5-20% cidofovir is administered as droplets having a mean size of about 1 micron to about 20 microns either nebulized or as a spray to an individual having recurrent respiratory papillomatosis.

A method of treating recurrent respiratory papillomatosis comprising orally administering a solution of 2.5-20% cidofovir as droplets having a mean size of about 1 micron to about 20 microns to an individual in need of such treatment.
