Claims24
A method to treat cancer in a subject, said method comprising administering to said subject a pharmaceutical composition comprising a fixed, non-antagonistic molar ratio of irinotecan and floxuridine, wherein said fixed, non-antagonistic molar ratio is maintained in the plasma for at least about 4 hours.
A method to treat cancer in a subject, said method comprising administering to said patient a pharmaceutical composition comprising a fixed, non-antagonistic molar ratio of irinotecan and floxuridine, wherein said composition is administered intravenously.
A method to treat cancer in a subject in need thereof, said method comprising administering to said patient a pharmaceutical composition comprising a fixed, non-antagonistic molar ratio of irinotecan and floxuridine, wherein floxuridine is administered at a level not greater than 0.001 moles/m2/dose.
A method to treat cancer in a subject in need thereof, said method comprising administering to said patient a pharmaceutical composition comprising a fixed, non-antagonistic molar ratio of irinotecan and floxuridine, wherein floxuridine is administered at a level not greater than 0.01 moles/m2/month.
