A connector includes a connector body, a plurality of compression coaxial contacts disposed in the connector body, and a plurality of coaxial cables connected to corresponding ones of the plurality of compression coaxial contacts. The connector body includes a conductive elastomeric ground plane.

A connector comprising:
- a connector body;
- a plurality of compression coaxial contacts disposed in the connector body;
- and
- a plurality of coaxial cables connected to corresponding ones of the plurality of compression coaxial contacts;
- wherein
- the connector body includes a conductive elastomeric ground plane;
- and
- at least a portion of each of the plurality of compression coaxial contacts is disposed in the conductive elastomeric ground plane.
